Cheddar & Chive Biscuits - BLT Fish

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups AP Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Poweder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 6 tablespoons Butter ( or 3 Butter/3 Shortening)
  • 1 tablespoons Chopped Chives
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar
  • 1 1/4 cups Cream

Procedure:

  1. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and cayenne. 
  2. Cut the butter into the flour mix. Do not overwork!
  3. Leave the butter in small pieces.
  4. Toss in chives and cheese.
  5. Toss in cream, just until mixture comes together. Do not over mix. 
  6. Bake at 375° F for 15-17 minutes.

BLT served theirs with sea-salt butter and honey. Amazing.
