5 ingredient dinner in 15 minutes:

you’ll need brussels sprouts, vegetable stock, couscous, cherry tomatoes, butter, salt & pepper*

  • clean and halve  brussels sprouts, saute in one tablespoon butter, salt & pepper (about 10 minutes). 
  • meanwhile, bring veggie stock to a boil, add a tiny bit of butter, salt & pepper. add couscous, cover. 
  • halve cherry tomatoes, toss in with brussels sprouts, add couscous. 
  • mix and serve. 

*salt & pepper make seven, but they never count.
